Who Wants to Win...
I was trying to think of some cool competition or something for the blog giveaway I have planned and couldn't, and thought, sod it - the aim of the game (or lack thereof) is to WIN STUFF!
So... who wants to win free stuff?

Open to anyone, anywhere.
The prize is secret but is worth £15 in the UK & $32 in the US normally. 3 winners will be chosen at random using Random.
If you refer your friends/blog followers to this and they win - you win too (they must quote you as their referrer to this entry)
Yes, this is on top of the 3 winners anyway.
So there may be 3 winners + 3 referrers = 6 prizes.
Entering is easy - just post a comment [of anything] to enter.
If you were referred by someone you follow, please link to their blog post that mentions this blog giveaway.
Tag and repost- the more the merrier!
Closing date: November 20th (depending on response).
Blog Giveaway To Be Launched This Week
I will be launching a competition/blog giveaway this week. There will be an opportunity to win a (proper) prize. There will be a 1st place with 2 runners up. Bonuses for people that refer friends who win - you win too.
Watch this space for details!
In the meantime, enjoy a few more photos of an English country sky below...

The Sky Was Beautiful Today
It's getting darker. Winter is approaching. Soon, I will be walking home from work and the sun will be setting. Until then, I can settle for such beautiful skies as these:

SMASHing Alarm Clock
It is rare that we get to wake up when it pleases us and feel totally refreshed, so for all those other times, this smash alarm clock called, well, SMASH by Matthias Lange is just brilliant! Picture self-explanatary:

To turn the alarm off you have to smash it. No more broken alarm clocks, or in my case, throwing my phone under my bed. I really want this but I can't find where to buy it?

Run This Town/Losing My Way by Nick Gardner
Mash up of Jay Z/Kanye/Rihanna's 'Run This Town' and Justin Timberlake's 'Losing My Way':
Nick's currently in L.A. scoping out the place to hopefully move out there for at least a few months in the new year. He's had a couple of celebrity sightings so far, like sun-bathing opposite Iggy Pop who's staying at his hotel! Very cool! Who knows, maybe one day he'll be the celebrity being spotted out and about...
And I love this one from a year ago:

What Does a Female Dog and a Cow Have in Common?
ME
This week I've been a bitch to my sister and a moody cow to my parents:

& so I've realised that I've kinda made myself a little experiment of sorts...
Last week I went on a jog 5 out of the 7 days of the week (twice on the weekend and 3 times before work i.e. waking up at 06:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and, despite the early starts, felt great. This week I haven't done any exercise and I've felt like crap. I've been trying to put my finger on it all week (no, it's not that time of the month) and I finally cracked it today-- it's because I haven't done any exercise this week as that is the only thing in my routine that's changed.
This is good and bad in equal measures. Good because now I know the key to putting myself on Cloud 9 and bad because... well it's difficult getting up at 7am as it is, nevermind 6am! But I won't set myself difficult targets like I did last week- I'll aim to do jogging at least 3 times a week and yoga when I can too (note to self: need yoga mat). I think that's do-able. It's also nice to be doing exercise to make me feel happy, rather than to lose weight, so I already feel more motivated! Anyways, I'll report back in a couple weeks.
Do you do any exercise as part of your daily/weekly routine? If so, what do you do?
